We are looking for a Conference/Event Producer who is responsible for a business conference project management from idea conception through research and development, to the actual delivery of the completed product to the market.
Job responsibilities:
– Conducting a comprehensive internet and phone-based market research
– Developing and finalizing a conference agenda and program from scratch
– Full production and project management lifecycle
– Recruiting the most recognized industry experts to event speaker panel
– Close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Sponsorship teams to maximize the success & revenue of event
– On-site event management
Qualifications required:
– Excellent verbal and written English
– Eligibility to be employed in the Czech Republic
– University degree, preferably related to business / marketing / communications
– Analytical & critical thinking
– Proven International and intercultural communication skills, ability to communicate confidently at all levels
– Multitasking, excellent organizational skills, attention to details,
– Strong problem solving skills
– Superior time and priority management, ability to meet and exceed determined deadlines
– Creativity, innovative approach
– Flexibility, proven negotiation skills, ability to take risk and deal with uncertainty
