Required skills:
Ability to work with a shift schedule
Experience in technical support is a plus
Experience in iGaming industry is a plus
Fluent in English is a must
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for quality of services provided by technical support
Distribution of specific technical questions to the responsible staff
Independant solving of simpler technical questions
Effective and quality solutions of client inquiries and complaints
Spreading the good name of the company, its products and services
Creating of technical documentation
Reporting.
